The Crown is not the end all and be of Consciousness or in the energy system. It is NOT the best chakra nor the highest. Technically, it goes on and on upwards, even on 360 degrees depending on our level of expanded consciousness.
No single chakra is best. Each one is playing a specific role, and like in that movie "The Last Airbender", when all chakras light up, we reach the avatar state.
Alignment and purification of the mind, are keys. Being holistic, flowing and balanced, are more like it. An energised crown in a blocked contaminated mooladhara still screws the flow and tilts the boat to drown in Maya (Illusion).
It has its own role to play in the spectrum of the energy palette. Vertically, it is at the top, but does that make it better than other chakras? No. It is what it is. Vertically, it can only be authentically and fully activated in alignment when the others re-awaken. All energy systems are awake, they just don't spin as fast to the best of their potentials due to several contamination of body and mind/emotions. This is why Masters are working a lot, emphasizing on the effort to purify, so the True Self can express itself effortlessly and spontaneously.
Originally beneath everything, the purity lies hidden like a diamond in the rough. Having a physical body in this yuga is a grand adventure of purification in our return to our original state - Pure Consciousness.
However, we are all at different levels and have different roles to play in this loka (planetary dimension). Some have come to call and gather others back to their core original state, and some are way further from that.
Many are simply playing in the water splashing away with Maya (delusion) and enjoying the dizzying ferris wheel of the rat race. You can take the horse to the water, but you can't make them drink. At least in this lifetime, those who made some effort in their "previous lives", if we see things horizontally, they have had a darshan (divine viewing) of divine masters, although at the very core, everything is Divine. Everything is Brahman. Words are limited and truly, God can never be explained nor described, only to be experienced. Beyond time, there is no reincarnation, everything is simultaneously happening in different lokas/dimensions.
Yet when the student is ready, the Master appears. And when the student has completed the course, the Master disappears. When the crown is presented to you, it is there because there is a sense of readiness to embark. Nothing comes to anyone by accident. There is no fluke in the system, yet there is leela. An activated and open third eye can perceive thru its snares and games.
Yet, the journey into the crown feels like that ultimate journey on your own, while the higher beings watch with arms folded after they held your hands thru it all. It would feel like the ultimate test, only to realise it never ends after that. When your legs are strong, they watch you walk and place adventure obstacles simply to triple check readiness for the next module in this realm. In some other realm, you are already done with all these, just looking into this crystal egg having fun watching yourself go into an earth adventure.
So use this very powerful hardware of the human body and activate the application of awareness. Enter the inner space, even when you eat, talk, bathe, walk and dance and yes,
even when you pee or poop! And eventually, we will find our way Home - Everywhere and Nowhere (Now and Here). That is infinite. That is eternal.
These are just words. Don't take it lying down. Go and experience it yourself.
With all devotion and awareness, sing with your breath, look up, tongue up, climb the ladder if the spine and let your whole being dance. Purify daily in body, mind and spirit.
Nothing is more orgasmic than that. Don't just hear it. Taste it for yourself. It's worth the grind.
