When love is felt...
Think back to a happy time in your life. A really, really happy time. If you can, try to remember the happiest you’ve ever felt. Think of the laughter, the peace, the confidence, the ease of it all. Emotionally, relive a few of those moments. Don’t think of the details (people, places, or circumstances); just think of the way you felt.

1. I felt loved when my mom went all the way to my university from our city with a typewriter in her hand one fine morning to ease up my load of having to type my term papers. I did not feel alone, and my fears appeased.
2. I felt supported when my parents were constantly there (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially) during my pregnancy, my daughter's infancy and childhood as well as warmly welcoming my husband into our family and standing beside him against all odds.
3. I felt at peace when my husband took all physical care (and more!) of our baby and I. Dressing my wounds from the C-section, washing my hair when I was bedridden, preparing the bottle milk every two hours, changing diapers and giving baths to our baby.
